Proyecto<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cCHIlean fruits cell wall COmponents as BIOtechnological resources (CHICOBIO)\u201d es un proyecto Anillo de investigaci\u00f3n (ACT210025) apoyado por la Agencia Nacional de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo \u2013 ANID.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">El proyecto es llevado a cabo por acad\u00e9micos del Instituto de Ciencias Biol\u00f3gicas y del Instituto de Qu\u00edmica de Recursos Naturales de la Universidad de Talca, en colaboraci\u00f3n con acad\u00e9micos de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Universidad de Chile, y el Centro de Biotecnolog\u00eda Vegetal de la Universidad Andr\u00e9s Bello.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">El proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n busca desarrollar nuevo conocimiento y dise\u00f1ar estrategias biotecnol\u00f3gicas que permitan dar valor a los residuos generados por la agroindustria mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de enzimas provenientes
