Cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de tres investigadores extranjeros de destacada trayectoria cient\u00edfica y que participan como colaboradores del proyecto Anillo. Las Dras. Marie-Christine Ralet y Helen North, provenientes de Francia (INRAE), y el Dr Ross Atkinson de Nueva Zelanda (Plant and Food Research). Ellos junto al Dr. Ariel Orellana de la Universidad Andr\u00e9s Bello (UNAB) nos entregaron informaci\u00f3n de frontera respecto\u00a0 de la caracterizaci\u00f3n de la pared celular y del rol de la poligalacturonasa para la calidad de la fruta. La actividad fue organizada por el equipo del Proyecto Anillo ACT210025, liderado por la Dra.
